Kiddo

Kiddo's been sick for a couple days, not much fever but a decent cough. I suppose that is one of the consequences of daycare...lots of sick days. Once July rolls around I'll get bumped up to 3 weeks of vacation per year, and that will make it easier to manage things when she gets sick.

Going over to a co-workers house this afternoon, we are supposed to cat sit for him when he goes on vacation. That should be fun.

Our homes new home - We hope

We met with the Hi-Line guys today at our house (the fried crispy one), and staked out where the house will be placed on the property. We are not going to place our new house where our old one was. we are going to be placing our new house more in the center of our proptery, and will be turing the area under our 4 large elm trees into a parkish type area.

For those of you who know the lay out of our property, and if you look at the diagram of our new house... we will be placing the garage side next to the large hill. the front of the house will be facing the road.

If everything goes well, we should be able to start breaking ground in 4 weeks. So, if you don't mind, please keep all your fingers crossed so that this happends and that we'll be in our new house by the end of July.
